Welcome to the ScoutReach Program by the Greater New York Councils, BSA. Our mission is to create an inclusive environment where every young individual, irrespective of their background or situation, can embark on a transformative scouting journey.

Our Afterschool program offers the classic scouting experience in a unique and accessible setting, right within schools. Led by our dedicated and trained adult leaders, this initiative has been a beacon of opportunity for over three decades. By providing scouting beyond the traditional context, we’ve impacted the lives of countless youth hailing from Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Manhattan.
