Data analysis has not previously been leveraged and executed to identify areas of opportunity or identify trends. In 2022 basic analysis will be conducted

Analysis:

  • Where do existing, units exist and where are their members from.
  • Identification of hyper focused areas where recruitment can take place to support the units
  • Public and private schools in an area tied to neighborhoods for recruitment
  • Identify areas that are not served by existing units
  • making these areas top priorities for our new unit campaign
  • identification of neighborhood advisory committee areas of emphasis
