Joe Bradley was a beloved colleague, caring friend and dedicated Scouter. He was a volunteer Scouter for 55 years and the Greater New York Councils’ “Manager of Office Services” for 15. He received numerous awards for his hard work and dedication including the Founders Award, James E. West Fellowship Award, the Arrowhead Award and the District Award of Merit among others.
In a letter to the council at the time of his retirement, Joe told us “Today, I would like to pay tribute to your dedication, your commitment, your innovative approach and your professionalism. I count myself most fortunate. I have come to see you all, not only as business colleagues, but as friends too!”. We felt the same about you, Joe – you will be missed.
